I am looking at re-structuring the way classes are delivered and to getting continuity in lessons.
The idea is to have set themes for classes so that we can ensure a wide range of training. To do this we will have main targets for each lesson during the month.
Week 1 Basics and kicking skills
Week 2 Forms Practice
Week 3 Sparring drills. i.e. 3 step & 1 step. semi free and free sparring.
Week 4 Self defense and Hapkido techniques
Week 5 (when applicable) Stamina work & weapons
Following this pattern should enable all students training regularly to get a thorough grounding in all areas of martial arts practice.
It is proposed to start this regime from the 1st April. ( no it is not an April fool joke).
Please feel free to add any comments for or against this proposal.

Good idea but we will have to watch that students don't start missing lessons when we are doing something they may not enjoy. The regular attenders should realy benefit from the full programme of Martial Arts skills, i hope it is benefitial to all students.

Yeah, sounds good. But unfortunately I don't train here anymore, but if I did I'd say yes. But personally when I trained here I enjoyed the forms.
