I did a very silly thing yesterday. I entered karen and I in the leeds half marathon on the 10th may 2009.
We have not done much running in the last 12 months so we will have to get down to some serious training LOL.
we are going to use the run to raise money for Kirkwood Hospice again.
If you feel that you could get sponsors on our behalf please let me know. The more money we can raise for Kirkwood hospice the better.
if any of you are at a loose end that day and would like to offer some morale support the run starts at 9.30am and we expect to finish in a little under 2hours 30 mins.
Ian

Karen and i completed the half marathon in 2 hours 10 Min's and 48 seconds. And without injury ;D Unfortunately the article in the examiner has not got very much response so far but you never know, more people might sponsor us on line during the week. If you have not sponsored us but would like to you can either go to the justgiving website or you can bring money to one of the karate classes and add your name to one of the sponsor forms. Please remember that the money is going to Kirkwood hospice and every penny helps. Ian

Your computer will not work properly if a Windows Dynamic-Link Library (.dll) file is damaged or missing. When this happens, you will receive an error message similar to this: "[program name] Illegal system DLL relocation." The .dll file type contains instructions, or code, to run scripts that open dialog boxes. These important graphical elements are necessary for computer user interaction in most software programs. There is a simple way to keep all of your .dll files healthy, so you rarely lose valuable time restoring lost or broken links. SmarPCFixer can help you download all dll files.
